We have real experience in Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, mountain biking, rock climbing, injury prevention/rehabilitation, swimming, OCR, MMA, and have worked with hundreds of additional athletes to get them moving better. See our bios in the ABOUT tab.
Barbell Classes
We have Olympic Weightlifting small group classes available on a limited basis. Contact us for current availability.
Basic Programming
Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, or general strength programming based on your goals, meet cycle, etc. For the self directed and experienced lifter who does not need much more than a custom program.
Personal Coaching
Custom programming based on exactly where you are now and where you want to be. Video reviews, nutrition guidance, meet prep (if applicable) and more. For all sports and levels of experience who want a comprehensive coaching package. Just be ready to be consistent. Minimum 3 month commitment.
Want something not listed? We can always come up with a custom product to meet your needs. Don’t need gym access? We do remote coaching too. All Programming and Coaching options start with the free consultation.
